Early Greek lamps (types 1 and 2) were open bodied "saucer" vessels with pulled-out nozzles for a wick to lay. They were unglazed and undecorated. Likely made in or near the Athenian Agora.

Late Roman or Northern African ?
Red-slip lamp. Heart motif. Large fill hole.
